The offer

Up to 50% off, across everything we do.

Every service we offer is discounted until 15 November — the audit and implementation at the full 30%, and the build work at 20%, rising as far as 50% on larger scopes. The prices below are the 20%, because that is the one we can promise before we have seen your project; where you actually land depends on scope and ticket size, and we work that out on the call. Book inside the window either way — every price on this page goes back to standard in December.

Shopify CRO Audit

$2,100$3,00030% off

Fixed scope, two weeks. Full funnel, every finding ranked, 90-day plan.

Implementation

$3,500–$10,500$5,000–$15,00030% off

We build the fixes and ship them as live tests. Quoted after the audit, never a condition of it.

Quoted fixed after a 30-minute call. No hourly meter, no "phase two" you did not agree to. If your traffic is too low for a test to settle before BFCM, we will tell you that instead of selling you one.

Every service

The rest of the list.

Same rule everywhere: the price you see is the published price with the BFCM discount already taken off it. Nothing here was raised first, and nothing here survives into December.

The offers

Six offers that work on BFCM. Every one of these is live on a store we built.

A sitewide percentage is the easiest offer to run and usually the worst one, because it discounts the customers who were going to buy anyway. These are the alternatives — screenshots of the real thing, not mockups. Which one fits depends on your margins and your catalogue, which is what the audit is for.

Oximan product page: Pack of 1, 2 and 3 with Most Popular and Best Value badges and struck-through prices

Live on Oximan

The pack ladder

Three sizes, each priced against the one below so trading up is visibly better value, with one tier badged. This mechanic is what moved add-to-cart from 12.94% to 20.38% in our published test.

Best for: Supplements, skincare, anything bought in multiples

Oximan buying block: free gift worth 199 rupees, marked Unlocked

Live on Oximan

Gift with purchase

A fixed-cost add-on instead of a percentage, shown as already unlocked so the value registers before checkout. Costs the same on a ₹400 order as a ₹4,000 one, which is kinder to margin than it looks.

Best for: High-AOV brands, and anyone clearing slow stock

Oximan available offers: 20% off first order, flat 100 off above 499, free shipping on prepaid

Live on Oximan

Spend thresholds, stacked

A first-order discount, a flat amount above a spend threshold, and free shipping on prepaid — listed together with the codes visible. The threshold raises basket size instead of cutting margin on every order.

Best for: Brands with an AOV just under a round number

Miduty product page stating 10% discount on even quantities of the same item

Live on Miduty

Multi-buy discount

A standing discount on even quantities, stated on the product page rather than discovered at checkout. Moves units without touching the headline price, so nobody learns to wait for a sale.

Best for: Consumables and repeat-purchase categories

Miduty homepage: condition-led bundles for acidity, thyroid, diabetes and fatty liver

Live on Miduty

Bundles by need

Bundles built around the problem the customer actually has, not around what you want to shift. Raises order value and does the choosing for someone who does not know which three products they need.

Best for: Wide catalogues where choice is the blocker

InStrength product page: Popular right now, lots of people have looked at this recently

Live on InStrength

Urgency that is true

Real interest, stated plainly, with no countdown that resets on refresh. A faked timer gets noticed and costs more trust than the orders it wins — especially on the one weekend everybody is comparing.

Best for: Everyone, and the one most often faked

The maths

Four things move BFCM revenue. You control three of them.

Sales that weekend are traffic times conversion times order value, minus what checkout loses on the way. Everyone spends the run-up buying the first one. The other three are where the margin actually is.

01

Traffic

The expensive one, and the one everybody optimises. CPMs roughly double in late November, so this is the lever you pay the most for and control the least.

02

Conversion rate

What share of that traffic actually buys. Moving it from 1.8% to 2.4% is the same as buying a third more traffic, except you only pay for it once.

03

Average order value

Whether the page gives anyone a reason to take the bigger pack. Most product pages price one option properly and leave the rest as unexplained buttons.

04

Checkout completion

What you lose between add-to-cart and paid. Under load, on mobile, with a discount code that has to be found — this is where a good BFCM quietly becomes an average one.

What you get

Everything in the audit, pointed at one weekend.

The standard audit, scoped so the findings arrive in time to act on them rather than as a post-mortem in December.

Full-funnel review

Landing, collection, product, cart and checkout, read against your actual analytics and session recordings — not a templated checklist with your logo on it.

Every finding ranked by revenue

Ordered by what we expect it to be worth and what it costs to build, so you can draw a line anywhere down the list and still have spent your time well.

A BFCM-specific fix list

The things that only matter under load: offer clarity above the fold, pack and bundle ladders, urgency that is real rather than a fake timer, checkout friction, and what your page does when discounting changes the maths.

Page rebuilds, shipped as A/B tests

The pages carrying your ad spend, rebuilt and run 50/50 against the current version so you find out whether it worked rather than assuming.

Site speed under traffic

LCP and INP on the pages your campaigns point at. A page that holds up on a normal Tuesday can fail on the one day it cannot afford to.

A 45-minute walkthrough

With the person who did the work. The deck and the plan are yours afterwards — implement them with us, your own team, or anyone else.

The evidence

Two dashboards. One of them we will not claim.

Both are published on this site unedited. The difference between them is the whole argument for how we report a number to you.

Significant

Add-to-cart 12.94% → 20.38%

Three pack options sat on the page as unpriced buttons, so trading up bought you nothing. We priced every tier and put the per-unit price under each. Six days, 546 visitors, 50/50. p = 0.02, 99% win chance — with the interval running roughly +9% to +106%, so the direction is solid and the magnitude is loose.

Not established

The one we will not put a number on

The rebuild led throughout: 7.53% against 4.26% across 287 visitors. As a headline that is a 77% lift, and you will see agencies publish exactly that. We will not. The whole gap rests on 11 add-to-cart events against 6, at 87.4% win probability against a 95% bar. That is a fortnight of ordinary variance, not a finding.

Timing

Two deadlines, and we will not pretend otherwise.

An audit takes two weeks. Implementation takes roughly three more. Work back from 27 November and the arithmetic decides what is possible, not our sales calendar.

Book by 31 October

Full scope, live before BFCM

Audit delivered mid-November, fixes built and running as live tests with roughly a week of buffer before Black Friday. This is the only window where the whole thing lands with room to spare.

1 – 15 November

Audit plus priority fixes

The audit still lands before the weekend, and we ship the highest-impact fixes from it. The rest of the implementation continues into December. You get the findings and the quick wins in time; you do not get the full build.

After 15 November

Closed for BFCM

We will still talk, and we will still take the work — but it will be scoped for Q1 rather than sold to you as BFCM readiness it cannot deliver.

Enrol

BFCM is on 27 November. The page it lands on is the part you can still change.

Send your store URL. We will tell you what we would look at first, and whether the window is still long enough to do it properly.

  • Audit at $2,100 instead of $3,000
  • Implementation 30% off
  • Book by 31 Oct for the full scope before BFCM

15 places. Reply within one business day. A real read, not a sales call.

Before you enrol

Check it yourself. Every "standard" figure in the table above is the same number published on that service's own page year-round, and for the audit it is also in the page title and in the structured data search engines read. Nothing was raised first. The audit is $3,000 normally and $2,100 until 15 November 2026, after which it goes back — and the same is true of every other row.

Then we will say so on the first call and scope the work differently — fixes based on the audit rather than a split test that cannot reach significance in the time available. Under roughly 1,000 sessions a day, a two-week test will not settle, and we would rather tell you that than take the money and publish a number neither of us should trust.

No — builds get 20%, not 30%, and they will not be live for BFCM. A build started in October cannot be designed, built, tested and settled before 27 November, and selling one as BFCM readiness would be selling you a date we cannot hit. What the discount buys on a build is the price, not the weekend: book inside the window and the build is locked at the BFCM rate — 20% off, and up to 50% on larger scopes — then scoped and delivered for Q1.

You get the audit before BFCM and we ship the highest-impact fixes from it. The remaining implementation continues into December. That is a genuinely useful outcome, but it is not the full scope, and we would rather you knew which one you were buying.

No. Implementation is quoted separately and has never been a condition of the audit. The deck, the ranked findings and the 90-day plan are yours — run them with your own team or another agency if you prefer.

Read access to the store and your analytics, and 30 minutes to agree what we are optimising for. We do the rest and come back with findings.

Offer closes 15 November 2026. Black Friday is 27 November.
